CD Write Protection

I need a CD ripping program that will allow me to rip the copy right protection off of my Book on CD so I can listen to them on USB connection in my car. My car stereo is a Kenwook X590 that uses its own program to allow the music to be listened to in the car. The CDs will rip from Windows Media Player fine but won't work with my car stereo software saying its write protected.

P.S. I'm just ripping it to my portable hard drive so I don't have to swap my CDs while driving and I am not stealing the contents because I have the originals.
