PCI-USB & PATA>SATA

Does anyone know any good (and inexpensive) places to get:
1) PCI-USB 2.0 card (preferably with 4 rear ports, internal ports don't matter as much)
2) a PATA>SATA adapter (I want to remove some of the clutter by getting rid of the PATA cable on one of my HDs)

I was looking at these, but wanted to see if ya'll knew of any better/cheaper:

PCI-USB card

PATA>SATA adapter

i use www.newegg.com for everything.
