Customizing System Properties??

Guys my friends was able to put a picture in his system properties screen, can you tell me how to do it?? this is what im talking about...

To do this, just edit the OEMLogo.bmp file in C:\Windows\System. Transparency (at least on my system) is 252, 252 ,252 in RBG values. While you're at it, have you modified your OEMInfo.ini file? It lets you put stuff in the "Support Information" box there. It's also in C:\Windows\System.

im using windows ME and i dont see any such file in windows/system, i found 1 file named oemlogo.gij and when i opened it, it was a picture of a yellow bar, is that the file??
