I recently bought one for my older HTPC, and newegg had the best deals. Think my 320GB was under $100 shipped.

hey I don't know if you want sata/pata, but I just received this: Not a bad deal

320gb (300 +20gb free) 16mb cache =$79.98

I originally saw it locally, but they were sold out. Then I was told to go online.
I'd pay an extra $5 for a seagate or western digital though

SATA and PATA are both IDE/ATA FYI. IDE/ATA is the architecture of the drive and PATA/SATA are different interfaces to the IDE/ATA architecture.
