Need a program

There's an embedded SWF file that I would like to save, but I can't remember the program I used to do it the last time... Oh, and I'm not sure if it really is ' .swf file. It's just some sort of Flash object.

I usually just view the source code of the website, do a search for .swf or .fla, and the url for the flash object, put it in the address bar so that just the flash file is displayed in my browser, and then just save target as.
