i have a pIII 1.1ghz computer setup for my brother, not for gaming, just internet. its watercooled because i had an old thermaltake bigwater se kit laying around and he installed it. theres only one problem, everytime i try to overclock, the system will act erratic and load default settings. and no matter how many times i enable a usb keyboard in the bios, it just will not recognize it. do i have to install new drivers?

How high are you trying to set the FSB? Does the mobo have a PCI lock? If not, that could be causing the OC'ing problem.

Not sure about the USB keyboard problem. Maybe you need a bios update?
