display help, colors while playing DVDs.

i just got a new monitor, and got working drivers for my x1950xt on vista.

my problem is when viewing widescreen dvd/divx the black areas on the top and bottom are not as dark as the blacks in the video. (in fullscreen view only) it really ****es me off.

ive tryed to adjust alot of the settings but cant seem to get it black enough.
