How hard would it be to switch out a Laptop HDD?

Here is a laptop that I might buy instead of the other one, http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16834146191 and would this one be able to have WWAN?
I cannot speak for every laptop but I have not seen a laptop that wasn't VERY simple to replace the hd and even simpler to add memory.
I will say that the laptop you are looking at seems awful expensive for what it has in it.
