IE - telling it not to auto-open torrent files

When you go to save files normally in IE, it gives you the option to save without asking. Bitcomet screwed thi up for me. How can I restore the "ask before downloading" option?

Open Windows Explorer | Tools | Folder Options | 'File Types' tab | Scroll down to the file type in question and select it | Click Edit or Advanced, depending on your Windows version | Check the box for "Confirm open after download".

and use microtorrent. (uTorrent, except with the wonky u that means micro.)

It's the best torrent client available right now.

I've had problems with that, namely torrents grinding to a halt but downing just fine in torrentspy.
