x2 4600 overclocking

i have a x2 4600+ (65w) and i want to overclock the cpu however im finding it to be much more complicated than intel overclocking. if someone can tell me the settings i need to change in order to achieve an oc in the 2.8-3.0ghz range i would appreciate it. my current setup is as follows

x2 4600+
Asus M2n
1gig ddr2 800
x1900gt

You should be able to find all of your answers here. It's pretty much the same from motherboard manufacturer to another, just read the guide and get it going. You should be fine, I'm running some overclocking stuff on my new 4000+ as I type.
