hi, im planning to do a little upgrade my old rig so i can learn how to oc, but my only option is to change the mobo and keep the rest for now because of financial restraints. heres what i have:

Pentium D 805 2.66
2G DDR400 (dont know what brand)
Nvidia FX 5500 AGP card
MSI PM8M3-V mobo (no overclocking options on bios)

one of these is what i have in mind to purchase, but does anyone have experience in this mobo? does it overclock well for pentium D?
ASRock 4CoreDual-VSTA VIA PT880 or ECS P4M800PRO-M (V2.0)

hope someone can help me out, thnx in advance!
