Need some good DDR2

Okl planning a syper upgrade and im looking for some good DDR2


My options are a 2X512mb kit or a 2X1gig kit. I would like some good ram thats in my budget for each of those so i can see my options.

Mobo i'll be using is the ASRock 4CoreDual-VSTA, CPU is a E4300

Price range is about $160. I gotta sell of my old mobo, cpu and ram a few outher things.

I am considering getting rid of my Crucial Balistix DDR2 8000 and picking up either of these sets.............

That ram will work good with my mobo and cpu a listed right? and when i change my mobo that ram should help me oc that E4300 pretty good right?
