It won't boot. I'm thinking it's because this is a 533MHz FSB. I've read various posts in forums suggesting it's possible though, and I think it may involve the FSB switches on the motherboard itself or some BIOS trickery...

Yeah that probbaly is why, I didnt read 533 FSB... You would need a 400 FSB model probably.. though Id think the board would simple downclock your current CPU, Im probably wrong though.
