What do you think about this PSU?

PSU Buyers guide says that coolermaster is Known Good Quality & often at Low Prices.

cooler master is also not on the list for psu's to avoid for overclockers.

I was thinking that PS or this one
xclio is also on the list of quality PS's.

My System:

E4300 (plan to overclock to 3.0 GHz)
Gigabyte DS3
2 gig ram
7600 gs
1 sata hard drive(somewhere between 160gb - 320gb)

This is a budget pc.

I actually have the xclio case and PSU. They both work great. the 12v rail is almost spot on at 11.98. plenty of sata and molex connectors too. Great buy at $50, I say.

anyone know if I will have any trouble overclocking with the xclio?

For the OC you are intending I think you will be just fine.
