no as far as i know there aren't any of them

also if they would have them you would need a different speaker system because the rca connection has three cables

video
left audio
right audio

i know they make vga to component cables

http://www.cablesnmor.com/vga-rca-cable.html

if that comes into any use

more than likely you would have to find a tuner card

similar to this

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16815116628

and then play through your computer although there may be a lag due to video processing

:( sorry couldnt help you more at this time

Eman you can't just use a vga to component cables and magically expect the analog signals to convert to digital.

What the OP wants is a tv box , IE:
Viewsonic Video Processors
Avermedia TV Box 9

I use the Avermedia TV Box 9. I think the Viewsonic n6 may be better since it accepts component signals.

If you want to use a progressive component source then look up an VGA Component Transcoder on google.

All tuner cards are of poor quality in the <150 price range at the moment.

If you want the best analog/digital source to VGA then get a Phillips Ebox, thugh those are around $400 in price.
