Well, since recently doing a fresh format of my 74GB Raptor, I'm becoming more worried about my Single Point of Failure (which would be my 200GB) storage drive. I've stuff on there from '95 onwards [200MB HD-->1.2GB---->80GB---> 200GB]. So after doing some searching I've decided to purchase a WD External, but I'm spoilt for choice. I've already one in mind, just wondering if anyone else has any experience with them before I actually confirm everything.

Choices:
Western Digital External 250GB Elements Euro 79,95

(seems to be a pretty simple ext. drive. I guess I'd have to just manually copy the files over)

Western Digital My Book 250GB Premium Edition Euro 94,95

(a bit more frills to it, backup software etc)

Western Digital My Book 250GB Pro Edition Euro 123,95(including shipping, online shop, cheapest one)

Now this last one has taken my fancy, because of the additional capabilities. Only downside is, I can't find it anywhere local, so I'm forced to order online and pay a 8,95 Euro shipping charge. Ugh.

For the record I don't need a bigger one, because my 200GB storage only has 100GB used. The 1TB Pro II is kinda neat though......
