Received this board last week and finally put the system together Friday. (It was supposed to be the Plus version with RAID support, but the vendor has "disappeared". Oh well...)
A few specs:
VIA Apollo Pro 266 chipset
S370
66-248 FSB options
up to 3GB DDR
from manual: "Includes AOpen 'Watch Dog Timer' function that can auto-reset system in 4.8 seconds when you fail to system overclocking." (I'm sure this will come in handy.

It's run sound so far, but I'm only running at 145FSB after starting at 150 with no problem other than CPU temp. Just put on one of the imitation Gladiators so we'll see how far it can go. Still have to familiarize myself with all the BIOS options, too.
And I think I like DDR. This thing at 943 is turning in SETI WU completion times near that of the 1100@1300 w/ SDR.
