How fast is it compared to E4300?

The 4600+ will be a touch faster at stock speeds. However, the E4300 should overclock higher (it's an easy BSEL mod to 2.4GHz, the stock speed of the 4600+) and clock-for-clock the E4300 is faster. Overall, I'd say the E4300 deal is better *except* if the plan is for no overclocking at all.

also this mobo is way better then the one that always comes with the e4300 especially when it comes to onboard graphics. However if you already have ddr1 and a agp card then the e4300 combo is better by far because you can reuse older components easier.
