Need some ideas ppl -Help plz

Ok some of you prob read my "I had a Bad weekend" thread . I lost my ram + 3 ram slots on my Ultra-D . So I got the net today . Plug it into my laptop works fine . Plug into my ultra D and nothing doesnt pick up a ip address .

Drivers are installed .
I put a PCI nic card in does the same thing . (i figured more than just my ram slots went and it might have killed the onboard nic )

Ne ideas ?

if you rnot using a router you need to reset the modem every time directly connecting it to a system.

Tryed with my onboard but it wouldnt work , but tryed the pci nic and it worked. What name are you folding under im gonna give you a boost .

-its been 3 years since i had the net @ my house , so im really glad i got it working tonight .

Tryed my Onboard nic and it didnt work but the PCI nic card did =)
