what software is the best?

hi im new to the forums and i have a question. Whats the best FREE downloadable Overclocking software that i can use on locked Bios computers? I have alot of older computers that i cannot overclock be cause they use locked Intell Mobo's.

Depending on the age you can POSSIBLY use a program called clockgen, theres another one too.. called something FSB.. or something like that.. it was used on olderrrr systems.. (someone will know what its called) But I doubt you will get much of a OC either way.
