VisionTek or Gainward? And a ? about mb.

I am thinking of getting for my friends either the Visiontek Geforce 2 GTS or the Gainward Geforce 2 Pro. Now from what I know the difference is in the megabits. The visiontek has 32ddr and the Gainward has 64mb ddr. So does mb matter? What would you guyz prefer? I'm trying to get a video card that is better than good for playing games like rogue spear and ghost recon and to play dvds.

the Pro is definately better.....not only does it have 64megs of ram (thats megaBYTES) the ram runs at a faster frequenct (megahurtz) and s highly overclockable....
