on the OCZ DDR 800 ram i have it says 4-5-4-15
is that good for gameing?

Timings have little to no real-world effect on performance. The most important things to consider when buying gaming ram is capacity, and speed.

ddr2 800 is the best speed/cost ratio.
1 gig will suffice for most all games.

And, if you have to know, 4-5-4-15 are mildly decent.
