Hey Oc

I just purchased a new computer containing the following:

c2d 6320
ocz platinum ddr2 1000
asus p5b
coisair 520w

I must say that i love the oc friendly cpu but it looks like i might have some heat issues. I'm running asus probe, core temp 0.95 and tat. Both core and tat reports some decent temps but asus probe is reporting a lot higher temps. I've read everything i can about the subject here on the site and i just wanted to be sure I got i right:
trust core temp 0.95 and tat
dont trust Asus probe

Have a look at this screenie for temps:

What i want to know is should i trust core temp and tat and clock some more or trust asus probe and back down a little again?

2 out of 3 works for me, alltho you could try mobo monitor too, and look thru individual sensors and see what kinda temps they say, im guessing asus probe has a voltage ini wrong ?

Your temps look similar to my 6320 at 450 with an AF7 running on a ds3.
My oc is limited by the mem i have on it atm.

What hsf are you using?

Oh and :welcome: to OCF :)
