Upgrading question

I'm upgrading to a Athlon x2 3800 from my Opteron 144, which is currently set at 313x9, with the memory set on the second divider (266/400), and the HT at x3. Will these settings be reset when I install the new CPU? Or will I have to manually reset them first?

It will not reset them, but you NEED to do a CMOS reset before you fire it up the first time. You new CPU may not be able to run at that speed without raising volts...etc...etc...

Reset it and you will be fine. :santa:
