yeah, i know this really is a inefficient way to do backups, but i would like to just make a copy over to a external disk that i will have on a set schedule in the morning.

currently i have it backing up my web pics/docs, old schoolwork, and my Thunderbird email

if anyone oculd help me. i would like to know what i need to "backup" for exchange mailboxes, everything is default in my exchange, databases are at default locations. do i need to do MTDATA and MBDATA ? if someone could help me on that i would appreciated it

also, if i do /d (copy only changed date files) will that affect the mailbox copy?
