NV raid size limit? Raid -0 Anybody OVER 1 TB ?

Hello everyone, been awhile since I posted here but looking to finally do some type of upgrade.

Currently I have 4 200gb SATA 1 drives hooked in RAID 0 , yes Raid 0, Total array size 800gb.
I do lots of backups of data so its not real important.
I have the drivesplit into 2 partitions, one for the operating system (50gb) the balance for the data.

I want to upgrade to 3 500gb SATA drives Total array size 1.5 TB but didn't know if there was some type of SIZE limit for the RAID 0 array using the onboard NV raid.

Mobo is an Epox 9NPA3+ socket 939

Hmm, i did'nt know there was a size limit to any Raid  I mean i've never gone beyond 400gb total so I would'nt have known.

Also I did'nt know you can use 3 drives in Raid~0. I thought Raid~0 had to be made in pairs only. I think Raid~3,4 or 5 you can use a minimum of 3 drives total.
