G4 Laptop

My friend just called me up and asked me if I could fix his laptop. The problem that hes having is that the computer won't eject his CD. To me it sounds like the power came unplugged from the CD-ROM. How hard is it to take MAC laptops apart?

Plug in a USB mouse, restart the lappy and keep holding down the mouse button. That should eject the disc.

If that does not work and it's really physically jammed, you can check out the disassembly instructions here: http://www.ifixit.com/

I believe there should be a cd eject release button. You should be able to use a paper-clip to press it, but you may have to take it out first. Depends on the model.
