I'm building a new Intel system in the next few days (Gigabyte P35-DQ6, E6600, 2gb DDR2, etc) and am coming from a ~2 year old NF4 Ultra setup. Currently, among my other drives, I have 2x 250gb WD's in RAID 0 on the Nvidia RAID controller. My question is whether I will be able to utilize this RAID array on the new Intel mobo without having to setup a new array (i.e. lose all my data). I've tried searching for similar questions but couldn't find any answers for the life of me. Any info would be appreciated.

Why not image the Raid array and then create a new one and then copy everything over?

I'm afraid you can not, since these totally different raid chipset here.

My suggestion to backup important data "only" to external media, since you will need to re-install the OS on the new CPU & mobo.

So disk imaging on OS will not be usefull.
