Raid over the River for DS...vapor?

So I almost forgot about this game until I did some searching. I was really excited for this game when I saw the trailer from E3 last year, then heard nothing about it. Anyone have any info?...I could find nothing that said it was canceled, but all the info says it was supposed to be released by now.
