WUs not sending?

I'm having an odd problem on main rig, it doesn't seem to be sending my WUs. In the logs I keep seeing:

[19:45:56] + Attempting to send results
[19:46:32] Couldn't send HTTP request to server (wininet)
[19:46:32] + Could not connect to Work Server (results)
[19:46:32] (171.65.103.100:8080)
[19:46:32] Could not transmit unit 05 to Collection server; keeping in queue.

Its downloading WUs fine, but these messages aren't going anywhere. Also, the server seems to be getting the WUs, but I'm not getting full credit.

It all started after I updated from IE6 to IE7.

I use Internet Explorer connection settings.

Sorry if I didn't include enough information, still quite a newb to folding.
