ASUS P5K WS LGA 775 vs. ASUS P5K LGA 775 v. hyperthreading?

so I'm building a rig with the Q6600. I'm trying to figure out what mobo to go for. I want the new P35 nrothbridge (upgrades down the line) so I'm trying to decide between the "ASUS P5K WS LGA 775 Intel P35" for $229 or the " ASUS P5K LGA 775 Intel P35" for $139. the only real difference I can see is support for Hyperthreading. am I missing something? Will Hyperthreading make a difference with a Quad core?
