M2N32-SLi Dlx, is it faulty?.

I have just tried one of these mobos to test out of the case with an AMDX2 6000, and 1gb Crucial memory and it just starts up then shuts down in 1 second, using the stock heatsink that came with the processor.
I have tried it on a 400w and a 600w psu and same result on both.
Any ideas?.

I have the same motherboard, try reseting the cmos and taking out and putting the motherboard battery back in. I had to do this to mine the first time.

It was not the motherboard, it was me not reading the manual, in small print it says as well as connecting the 24pin power plug, you have to connect the ATX12V plug as well or it will not boot.
