ocing quad on nvidia mobo

I recently switched from an asus to a nvidia 680i mobo and im a little confused as to how to overclock. I used the manual overclock on the asus but im forgetting some settings on this nvidia. I had my 2.4ghz to a modest 3ghz at good temps. Now could some one remind me what settings i put in for...
pci x16_1,3, and 2.
spp <-> mcp ref clock
What do i set the Sli ready memory too?

Thanks, also i know u set some pci frquency to 33.3 mhz, where could i find that setting?

Here are my specs
q6600
nvidea 680i (box with exaust pipes with smoke coming out)
2 8800gts in sli
raid 0 array
4x1gb corsair ram ddr2 800.
