Will this memory do me right??

CORSAIR Dominator 2GB (2 x 1GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 1066 (PC2 8500) Dual Channel Kit

I am gonna be using the new e6850 intel core duo on a evga 680i M/B.

Wondering if this memory will accept some o/Cing

I have the same memory and had it clocked up to 1100Mhz. It may overclock higher, but I am limited in the FSB frequency overclock.
