Infiniti 720w PSU- Question

Hi all, just bought the above mentioned psu for my new rig. The question I have lies in the cables. Hard wired are a 24pin main, two 4pin mainboard cpu lines, and a 6+2 PCIe line. There are two modular 6pin PCIe connectores, marked master and slave. My question is which two lines I should run to my 8800gtx? The hard wired 6=2pin and one modular (master) 6pin? Or the two modulars (which looks nicer cable-wise). Is there a primary and secondary PCIe connector on the VGA card?

id say the ones thats bult in.. But it shouldnt make any difference really.

Either one will work.
