P5N32E-SE-SLI delux work with E6550??? 1333mhz fsb

As the title really....will it work on my mobo??? will i have to OC the mobo so the cpu can be stock? or just get a bios update or sumit??

I've got the P5N32-SLI Deluxe (NOT SE) and I need to know whether or not an e6600 would work on mine.

I do know they work on the SE ones though.
