38c idle?

Yes I guess, thats what it shows when i turn it on and go straight into bios. I havent installed windows xp yet...

How does everything else look?

Should I change the RAM setting?

Why on BIOS am I getting
"Warning! Now system is in safe mode.
Please re-setting CPU Frequency in CMOS setup"

(Picture of screen is posted here. When I installed the CPU it went perfectly.)

THANKS!!!!!!!!

Hmm..

Also put stock timings on ram by yourself and 2.1v-2.2v

Thanks for helping me.

This is my 1st time in BIOS so would I just add +0.30v to the Auto set 1.8v to make 2.1v?

FOr stock timing you mean 5-5-5-15 or the RAM recommened 5-5-5-12? How would I do this? I posted a screenshot of the "DRAM config" screen and it confuses me :bang head (sorry for my newbness)

Ram reccomended

on DDRII ram timings click manual and set them.

Thanks, I did:

Voltage +.30v = 2.1v
Cas Latency Control = 5T
RAS to CAS delay = 5T
Min RAS Active timing = 12T
Row Precharge Timing = 5T

I also changed:

Row Cycle Time = 17T (from 23T) I added 12T+5T

How do I know if that helped? Seems the same to me and its still asking me on Post screen to re-setting the CPU frequency in BIOS...
