Best spent Funds Which MB

Using some parts from my current rig, I plan on getting a E6750 or 6850 along with a new MB and a 8800GTS 640. Is the ABIT IP35 Pro the best OC'ing board out there for the money? I hear many praises. I wanted to go with an SLI board in case I eventually decide to do sli which I have never done, but with the 9xxx series I think the 8800's may come down to where sli is cost effective and NV may well be pushing for this. I don't suppose any NV boards currently match up favorably with their Intel competition.
