some sites wont work all of the sudden

ive tried going onto newegg and myspace today on my comp and they dont load the site. ive used internet explorer and mozilla still didnt work. used internet explorer on my dads computer still doesnt work. used the AOL browser on his computer and it worked. we are connected through a router, i even tried to direct connect and still not working. can someone help.
