Power Problem

I just built my new Build

Enermax Liberty 620W
Intel Q6600 Core 2 Quad
4gb DDR2 800
Gigabyte DS3R P35
NVIDIA 8800 GTS 320MB
2x 160GB HD
DVD-RW

I don't understand why i turn on my PC it runs for a cople of seconds or minutes. It Posts fine, then it just turns off. Another problem i viewed was that when i press the power button it takes the default intel HS Fan a couple of seconds about 5 to start spinning. Anybody tell me whats going on

turn on your PC, immediately go into the bios, and see what it reports the the cpu temperature to be in the first minute or so. if you see the temperature constantly rising, then your cpu HSF probably isn't mounted correctly
