Hi there folks, i 'am busy tuning my sys for a while but i had no real progress. So i thougt i have to try something (desperate for framerate!!!) i have two systems so i swapped the mainboard --> my abit maindoard with duron 750 with msi mainboard tbird1200
so now i have abit with tbird 1200 and i went from 3000 3dm2k1 to 3400 wow and in game somewhat 10 fps improvement so abit rocks!

question: i have trouble with 133 fsb because i got tbird 1200-200
it goes into windows when i have the 133 on but then the probs start no game, no 3dmark, no nothing just windows!!! so now i got on 12,5x104 1300mhz if anyone knows how to run this sys on 133 please tell me.

well maybe you should try to overclock the videocard a little 10 fps is really that big of a improvement but hey nice that U got 10..

sorry i didn't look.. what kind of cooling U have....
 
uhm

30cm fan on processor (i have a watercooling plant but i don't use it anymore too noisy) and 10cm fan on videocard.

You can easily make a 200MHz (FSB) CPU run faster than 104MHz. I looked at your hardware, and I think it's your RAM's that's holding you back. Try some less aggressive timing's and see if you can get a higher FSB.

yeah sorry bout double posting! it went wrong i removed it!
but thanx folks i set the memory a little bit lower and now my sys works at 10x133 1333mhz and believe me it's a lot faster

do you know the geiss winamp viz plugin it went from 30fps to 40fps btw this plugin is a good and fast benchmark it increases as you proc runs faster and does not use any video hardware!
i use it all the time!

my sys is now equal to my friends p4 1700mhz geforce 2mx400
we both have 3700 3dmark2k1 marks!!!!!!! that's kinda nice for a 1200mhz old tbird

I have boosted my geforce card a little more and i love it!!!
3824 3dmarks2k1 is not bad for a geforce2mx 200 64mb
