No, if its deleted its for a reason and you should know why once you notice its gone.

Not necessarily. Sometimes yes, sometimes no, it depends upon the situation. If the thread was closed because you (the thread starter) broke a rule, then you would be notified, but if it was closed for another reason, most likely you will not be notified.

If you have a specific question please private message myself or one of the other moderators. They (or me) will be happy to answer your questions.
