Each time I boot up the computer I get a CPU Fan Error that beeps at me and requires me to hit f1 to continue and is really annoying. I have the fan connected to the 3 pin CPU Fan connector on the motherboard. Is there anyway to disable this annoying feature?

Are you sure its the CPUfan you have plugged in? try another fan in the port?

And look in the bios there should be something about the cpu fan rpms.

Go into the BIOS, and under the CPU fan, set it to "ignore".

That will stop the annoying beep/error.

also you could check the option so that it doesn't halt and ask for the F1 hit so you still get the errors but it doesn't wait for you
