Yeah, you're trying to mix a intel motherboard with a amd processor... that's a no no. Just go to newegg and filter your search down to your processor.
In all seriousness, when you look on Newegg you'd need to look at what socket your AMD processor uses (probably 939 or AM2 - if it socket A [older socket] you'll be a bit limited in your choices) and find a motherboard that uses AMD processors and the same socket as your chip. I think CPU-Z can tell you what socket-type you're using. At any rate, that program CAN tell you what motherboard you currently have, and we can find out what socket it is that way.
In order to use the board you listed you'd need a socket-775 (aka LGA775) Intel processor.
