Help Updating BIOS for IP35 Pro

Ok so i want to update my bios to the latest version for my IP35 Pro. I downloaded bios zip file and i want to put it on a cd. I do not have a floppy or a thumb drive so i can't use those.

My question is how do i extract/burn the files onto a cd and make it bootable? I was hoping that it would just be an iso or something that i could burn but there are 5 individual files.

I use Abit FlashMenu program in Windows. Just make sure you are at default speed (not overclocked) and there is no danger of power failure (in other words, don't flash during a thunderstorm). I always download the BIOS version first and then unzip it. When I open FlashMenu, I choose the "update from file" option.
