webpage audio/load times

hey guys. To those of you who've already contributed to this project I thank you, I've posted up with several issues, all have been resolved. To those of you who have not, *i know this site looks like (is?) a scam*- I'm not concerned with the content, only the template. It's clean, no popups or anything, just dont click any external links.

You'll notice two audio testimonials; they both load at the same time and it ups the loading time of the page significantly. Is there a way to code it such that one audio loads before the other instead of simultaneously?
