Yesterday I read this on The Inquirer yesterday:
'Biostar's V-RANGER feature allows users to control the voltage figures for both GPU and the RAM, something that was achieved only by non-publicly released utility for the ATI Radeon HD2000 series.'
Does anybody have any information about this 'non-publicly released utility' for ATI cards?
