How do I return an RMA to newegg?

Do I have to pay to ship it back? Or do they pay for the shipping? I only got an address and RMA label to stick on it.
I have it all packaged, not sure where to go from here.

You have to pay for shipping back to the egg. If you want, talk to a rep and see if they'll credit the cost back to you.

Go to either shipper's website, and you will be able to use a shipping calculator.
