Hello people!
I would realy appriciate if you direct me in OC my CPU.
Configuration is:
E4400 (2,0 GHz)
Asus P5B Plus Motherboard
stock air cooling
2GB RAB Kingstone (667MHz)
500W power supply

I have it now runing on 2,3 GHz with Vcore on 1,29V, CPU temp is 60°c (idle).
And advices to OC it even more, changing voltage, wich programs to trust when reading the temperatures (curently I have PC Probe II)...
Thanx in advance people.
Cheers:beer:

Yeah I thought that also, but then again the temp. in the room is 30°C:mad:
I was also messuring it while the CPU was active (3D rendering) for 15 minutes, full usage it got up to 64/65 °C
Can you recommend me some test program that uses 100% CPU so that I can monitor its temperature?

yikes, that is one hot room!

tat is one of the biggest cpu stressers out
there and will generally give you the highest
temps ull ever see. likewise, u can use something
else like orthos for stability

Thanx man:)
Will try it!
I see we have the same CPU, whats your OC status?

Please don't run any stress testing programs while you have a MAJOR heat problem. If you absolutely have to, put a desk fan or a mini ac next to your pc.

O.k. I run tat (100% workload) with CPU at 2,00GHz (not OC)
I left it for 5 minutes and the max. temp. it was messuring was 70°C. ( this is way too much, right?)
Now another problem is that my PC Probe II, was showing 76°c?!
Wich one to trust?!
