So I sent the 8600GTS 512 back to newegg.com and got a bad message. :(

So what card should I get? Im using a X1800XT now but it's not mine..

A different 8600gts maybe? How much you wanna spend?

(edit)
Nevermind, I can see on newegg that card is a tad over $200usd. I would save your pennies and get a 320mb 8800gts. Ramen Noodles. Get em, Get use to em, Grow to love em. They've been helping to support my hobbies since 1995.

What res. do you play at? Unless you play at 1920x1xxx you will not notice the difference between the 320 and the 640.

But from my readings, I see that when DX 10 games come out and they will need the memory.

Higher Resolutions = More mapping = More memory usage.

IF your over 1900x1200 get a 640.
